Conversion Instructions

  1. Click Choose File and select your WAV, MP3, MP4, or OGG file.
  2. Set Target Loudness (dB) (Range: -5.0 to -70.0, Default: -22.0).
  3. Select naming options for Auto Attendant or Call Queue.
  4. Click Upload & Convert to process your file.
  5. Enter a Custom File Name or use the dropdown name.
  6. Click Download Converted File when complete.
  7. Files are auto-deleted every 2 minutes for security.
iPhone users: OGG/OGG-Opus voice memos are now supported — upload directly from your iPhone.

File Naming Conventions

Auto Attendant: aa##x.snd
"##" = attendant number (*4301–*4332) | "x" = greeting (0–8)
Example: aa020.snd
Call Queues: cq###x.snd
"###" = queue number (000–015) | "x" = g (greeting) or s (status)
Example: cq003s.snd
Message Center: vm_user_n.snd
"user" = username | "n" = name file
Example: vm_test_n.snd
Music On Hold: moh_n_m.snd
"n" = 1–30 | "m" = short descriptor
Example: moh_1_sales.snd

3CX Conversion Instructions

  1. Click Choose File and select your WAV, MP3, MP4, or OGG file.
  2. Choose your Output Format: WAV (PCM) or MP3.
  3. Enter an optional Custom File Name.
  4. Click Convert for 3CX to process your file.
  5. Click Download when conversion is complete.
  6. Files are auto-deleted every 2 minutes for security.
iPhone users: OGG/OGG-Opus voice memos are fully supported — upload directly without any conversion.
3CX Audio Requirements
  • Sample Rate: 8,000 Hz
  • Channels: Mono (1 channel)
  • WAV format: PCM 16-bit signed
  • MP3 format: 64 kbps mono
  • Use for: IVR prompts, hold music, voicemail greetings, digital receptionist

3CX Upload & Convert

Supported: MP3, MP4, WAV, OGG (including iPhone voice memos)
Leave blank to use the original filename. Extension will be added automatically.
Where to Upload in 3CX
  • IVR / Digital Receptionist: Admin → IVRs → Select IVR → Prompts
  • Music On Hold: Admin → Advanced → Music On Hold
  • Voicemail Greeting: My Extension → Voicemail → Greeting
  • Ring Group / Queue Prompt: Admin → Ring Groups or Queues → Prompts
