Conversion Instructions
- Click Choose File and select your WAV, MP3, MP4, or OGG file.
- Set Target Loudness (dB) (Range: -5.0 to -70.0, Default: -22.0).
- Select naming options for Auto Attendant or Call Queue.
- Click Upload & Convert to process your file.
- Enter a Custom File Name or use the dropdown name.
- Click Download Converted File when complete.
- Files are auto-deleted every 2 minutes for security.

3CX Conversion Instructions
- Click Choose File and select your WAV, MP3, MP4, or OGG file.
- Choose your Output Format: WAV (PCM) or MP3.
- Enter an optional Custom File Name.
- Click Convert for 3CX to process your file.
- Click Download when conversion is complete.
- Files are auto-deleted every 2 minutes for security.
iPhone users: OGG/OGG-Opus voice memos are fully supported — upload directly without any conversion.
3CX Audio Requirements
- Sample Rate: 8,000 Hz
- Channels: Mono (1 channel)
- WAV format: PCM 16-bit signed
- MP3 format: 64 kbps mono
- Use for: IVR prompts, hold music, voicemail greetings, digital receptionist

Where to Upload in 3CX
- IVR / Digital Receptionist: Admin → IVRs → Select IVR → Prompts
- Music On Hold: Admin → Advanced → Music On Hold
- Voicemail Greeting: My Extension → Voicemail → Greeting
- Ring Group / Queue Prompt: Admin → Ring Groups or Queues → Prompts
